I had an Accident on the 16 October 2013, I reported this on the 17 of October 2013. After discussing my options with Shana I decided to write off the vehicle. So first of all I was given the incorrect information by Shana in terms of the amounts but that has since clarified by Jacob. So the amount I am supposed to be paid out is the Insured amount minus the excess. Next steps were then discussed regarding the collection of the vehicle, settling my Wesbank vehicle finance and paying me out. My Vehicle had been collected last week Thursday on the 28 November 2013. I have not heard anything since, Absolutely SWEET NOTHING??? I need to know WHAT IS GOING ON???
This whole situation is very frustrating for me because it almost 2 months later, PLEASE SOMEBODY TELL ME WHAT IS GOING ON???
