FNB Business Banking is a nightmare

I opened my account in 2006 in Menlyn Park. I never met my banker Illse van der Merwe, I could never get hold of her and when I did, she NEVER helped instead and directed me to a branch.
A few months ago I tried to open a money market account, I walked into the Mall at Reds branch. To my surprise the business banker was sitting at another branch and I had to make an appointment to see him. It turned out I had to go to my branch to open the account. I then moved my branch to 4 Merchant Place. I now have my banker Keegan Thomas' number and have met him but I have had to call him a few times because my new signature (which I had to go into the branch twice for) was still not loaded and I had issues with withdrawing cash from inside. This week, I forgot to put notice on my investment in time and need money by Friday to pay VAT. The response from my banker was that I cant get the money sooner and he made no effort to make a plan. Instead the investment broker Wierda Valley made a plan. I have requested to move to that branch but convinced that I need to move to Nedbank. Service from FNB premier banking is outstanding. Business banking is a nightmare...
