INCOMPETENT - CAUSED MONEY LOSS

I have had a very dissatisfying experience at this Nedbank branch and one extremely unhappy customer.
On the day of 23 November 2013 we approached Nedbank to do inquiry of different options that we possibly could have. We were showed to consultant Vukile whom right from the start gave absolute terrible service. We got the impression that he could give us NO advice what so ever and that he would only like a donkey be able to complete application forms. If we had wanted this we could have done so online!!!
Anyway we made it quite clear that we were only inquiring as we are doing same with FNB to secure is the best possible deal. The end result was that Nedbank transacted a D/O without our consent and now refuses to pay this back. We are currently lodging formal complaint with bank as branch manager Louise could not sort this out either. After 20 days this will be logged with Ombudsman. Bank is super fast to TAKE money from you but very reluctant to give it back when wrongfully taken. I will make a stand. Vukile needs to be taken out of any financial institutions as active consultant as he is clearly not competent for this type of field. Its time South Africa came right!!!
