Incorrectly billed, system not user friendly

I had money in my account in dec/jan, for each transaction I made/ swiped I got an sms confirmining money deduction and a balance, that's how I manged my account and that's how it should be. Apparently the money/ transactions did not go through even though I received an sms with my balance, I had a negative balance nd was charged honouring fees, . Jabulani branch said there were problems with swiping machines in december which I was not notified. I was told that I will pay the charges and that's it, no apology nothering. I had money in my account saved, its now short with 375 whci I never used and not reflecting on my statement. Standard bank is not a user friendly bank, I would not reccomend it to anyone!
