Last year I have received a call from Affinity insurance advertising the car insurance, I was looking for the insurance so I gave them my details, so our agreement was them not to start deducting anything until I am sure I am going to use them and they were supposed to come and take the car for inspection first, they never inspected the car, I was suprised at the end of November when I see the debit order went through and when I check with my bank it was done in October again. I called them and I was dealing with the guy by the name if John, and he told me they will refund me till today I have got my money when I called the lady by the name of Eureka she said I have agreed and the cant pay me back how do you insure a car that you have never inspected. I really need my money.
