Car insurance pay out

I have car insurance with affinity my claim has been with them since October 22 2013 up to date I have been phoning almost every day and I still don't have an answer on if they are going to pay out my car or not I feel that I have been more than patient but I am getting no joy out of them it is December holiday and I am stuck without a vehicle this is becoming absolutely ridicules.
