I am sitting with an unregistered claim due to internally manipulation of cancellations dates at Affinity. I towed my car from the accident scene using money from my own pocket. My car its now stored at the back of my house at the moment. I phoned Eureka at Affinity on tuesday to get datailed info as to why my policy was cancelled without me being informed & wrong information was stated on the reasons for cancellations. she gave me attitude until i asked for a CRM manager who signed on the cancellation dates, i was told she is no longer working there, I asked since when... lady doesnt know. I said comeon please she is the one who signed cancelation letter, Eureka hangup my call. New national, Afinnity, ample insurance brokers are, never insure anything with this guys. Happy to receive monthly premium, come a claim, they fold arms together
