I have not received my money yet, after I have been told a couple of times since beginning of December that the money will be in my account each day that I phone
Today I have phoned again, now I have been told a second person needs to release the money for payment
I do not have a vehicle, since the accident. I have considered it before to go over to Mutual and Federal, but I am very disappointed in them
