Disappointing service from Mutual and Federal

My son had a motorbike accident on the 8th of December last year. From the beginning it has been a nightmare to deal with Mutual and Federal. It took them over a month just to give instructions to Basson's panelbeaters to commence the repair work. The bike has been returned twice already with accident damage still visible to the bike and i believe this was inspected prior to release by the assessor mark aspeling. I have been left to fight the fight on my own with the panelbeaters to no avail whatsoever and no effort has been made from Mutual and Federal to try and assist me at all. They are not following up with the repairer as to what is going neither adding pressure on them to get the job done properly. i am starting to wonder whose side are they on? Certainly not on my side as the clients. i have never had such a bad experience with the lack of effort from an insurer and will certainly not continue to have my insurance with them.
