Claim and poor service

On the 2nd of September 2013 a client of Mutual and Federal caused one accident and fled from the scene of the accident. While fleeing this client skipped a red robot and drove into us. As we got the details of this clients insurance as to claim damages we learned that not only did mutual and federal reimburse their client fully, they did not investigate or phone any of the witnesses or persons involved in these accidents to learn the real truth of what happened. They went on their clients statements alone. If they have contacted us to investigate we would have told them what realy happened. Now that we are claiming damages they are treating us as the criminals and wanting us to get all the witness statements. We are collecting these statements but mutual and federal are very poor on response time and not at all helpfull. I feel that they shoudl be concerned that their client comitted against them, but it seems that they do not care. I would like this matter settled at their client was wrongly reimbursed and we are still sturggling 3 months later without our vehicle as its a wright off. This just does not seem fair business to me.
