IT IS NOW 2 DECEMBER 2013 AND THERES STILL NO FUNDS IN MY ACCOUNT FROM MUTUAL & FEDERAL... I ASK? IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM... DONT YOU SEE IT THROUGH UNTILL THE END, ESPECIALLY IF YOU GOING ON LEAVE FOR A WEEK?

I AM WORSE OFF AS I AGREED TO ALMOST R1000 LESS THAN WHAT ITS GOING TO COST TO REPAIR MY VEHICLE... ALL JUST TO GET THIS WHOLE MATTER OVER AND DONE WITH.
NOW IM FACING DRIVING A CAR WITH ACCIDENT DAMAGE UNTILL NEXT YEAR WHEN THE VEHICLE REPAIRERS REOPEN THEIR DOORS FOR BUSINESS!

IF THIS IS WHAT GOES ON FOR UNDER R12k... I DONT ENVY THOSE WHOSE WAITING FOR LARGER AMOUNTS... I DO KNOW OF SOMEONE ELSE IN THE SAME SITUATION AS I AM, FOR A BIT LONGER BUT OVER R60k MORE THAN MY DAMAGE... BRACE YOURSELF BUDDY, YOU DEALING WITH MUTUAL & FEDERAL!
MAYBE I SHOULD PASS ON HOLLARD INSURANCE NUMBER TO THEM... THEY CAN LEARN A THING OR TWO FROM HOLLARD!
