I was involved in a motor car accident with one of their clients on the 23rd July 2013, I did not claim through my own insurance as the other person was totally at fault and is insured with Mutual and Federal.
I have submitted all relevant documentation regarding their policy procedures and as of today have not received any action from them to settle this and fix my vehicle, talk about passing the buck, their service really is bad, and their staff lack the capability to follow up. I have also lodged a complain with the FSB and is considering legal action against the company at this stage to settle and get my car sorted out.
