Accident was in may. I told the assesor that the gearbox seemed damaged. Mutual & federal still chose to repair the vehicle even though the cost of the repairs including gearbox replacement would have made it more economically feasible to write-off. It has now been over 3 months and my business has suffered severe financial loss as VW cannot find the problem with the vehicle. Mutal & Federal refuse to provide a hired vehicle and I still have no clue as to when my vehicle would be repaired. Response to my email complaints to Mutual & Federal are only acknoledgements of receipt of the complaint. I have already instructed my broker to move all my policies (including those of my dad, which i also manage) away from mutual and federal and have now taken legal advise with intention to claim for costs and losses.
