I was in a car accident a few months ago. A company car was illegally driving in the turning lane to avoid traffic. I was making a right hand turn and he scrapped off my bumper. Seeing as it was clearly his fault, he agreed he was at fault. The companies insurance is mutual and federal. I have called Mutual and Federal countless times trying to file my claim and each time they refer me to a different person or claim that the person is not available. I sit on the phone for hours without any help at all. I have NEVER in the 3 months since the accident had an apology or an ATTEMPT at having my car fixed. I am tired of waiting. Mutual and Federal needs to fix my car. This accident was not my fault!
And to add to all of this, last week I was driving out of a shopping center and a Mutual and Federal company car hit my car! Luckily there was no damage, but that is ridiculous!
