I called on Thursday, 28 November 2013 to cancel my life policy I was transfered to Kgomotso who was very friendly and gave such good advise. She explained the benefits of having cover and when I told her my reason for cancelling she did not forcefully try to make me keep the policy. she was a very informed and friendly lady!
