I was about to cancel my policy with iWyze. Zjaan answered the phone and was very polite and made me relax. i told him that i am cancelling my policy and told him why. In the process of cancelling the policy he asked if I could hold on for a moment and see if he can help me reduce the premium.
He did not make me hold for long and gave me a new offer.
The reason I am writing this comment is not because of the new offer but it's because he gave good service and he was friendly even before offering me the new offer/premium.
