I had to cancel my policy with 1 life due to unforeseen circumstances; and i just made this known to Zaahid and he was so prompt in his response and continuously kept me informed as to what is happening with the policy up until he gave me confirmation on the cancellation of my policy... He just made everything so simple i really appreciate him going the extra mile.
