I called Miway today with the aim of cancelling my car insurance policy, my call was transferred to Mr. Thapelo Masinga, i told him the reason why i want to cancel my policy. Mr. Masinga worked out/reviewed my policy and gave me an excellent cover with much affordable premium and he has gone extra extra miles to explain my policy step by step and now i know and understand what i am covered for and for how much.
Because i was thinking of cancelling my policy with Miway, Mr. Masinga did not in any force me to stay with Miway, he even told me to compare the two options i have which was the Miway cover and the other cover i got from another insurer. With the help and understanding i got from his explanations and practical examples i found that Miway is actually offering me the best cover i can ever get.
