Sharon assisted me with the cancellation of my Auto and General Policy. She was so professional and friendly and assisted me in processing my cancellation. She asked for the reason why I'm cancelling my policy. I informed her that the policy never informed me that I do not have the payback option on my policy. Only after I qualified did they inform me that I can apply for that service. She advised me about the Hello Peter site and stressed the importance of ensuring that customers get what they are paying for. I appreciate her we need more people like her.
