Phoned to find out if dread disease was included on my policy. Wanted to find out if the policy duration was till 65 like most other companies, told pay your policy till the day you die, doesnt matter try thinking about your family. Other than that the call operator was just silent. If I am paying till the day I'm lying on my death bed and this is customer service, makes you wonder whether they will actually pay out, clearly compared to other policies on the market, 1Life Direct is not very good. Cant cancel because I will loose all my money after years of paying this policy. Any other interested companies out there, that actually have customer service, payout on claiming and any benefits, I am interested in dead disease cover, life policy and unit trusts.
