Fnb poor service

I have had my account with FNB for a while now and have kept my account up to date and clean as you can verify, I pay my fee for my gold cheque acc and am unable to access half the services because I have had a listing on itc that is from years ago that was through fnb.

From a debt of 2500.00 I paid back 12500.00 and the att still said I owed another 11000.00, I did fight this and after taking the att to the law society was told by the att that this matter will be erased.

This was not my fault that Fnb allows attorneys to do this to their clients and at that stage I was not with fnb as it was a discovery credit card.

What gets to me is if I apply for a loan through my bank they are supposed to be her to help and as they can see each month on the 27 I receive my salary and its in the acc and my account is well managed but I still cannot apply for any devices, overdrafts etc and this is very unfair if I pay my service fee and get nothing back, surely if I apply for a device of 150.00 (for example) you can see as you are my bank that I can afford this.
And since my salary gets paid into my account you are the first to see this and able to debit my account.
