Application of money plan

I have made a application online of money plan and the agent called me when I was driving we couldn't talk and I went to a branch in Louis Trichardt and I was told I have to wait for 14 days before making a application and 14 days past and went to the branch again ..they told me the same story and few days after I called the call centre I was told I have to wait for 14 days before making a application... called the call centre after week but still I have to wait for 14 days and the agent I spoke with said she will find out whats the problem and im still waiting for her call... please help
