DISSAPOINTED!!!

Hi,

I am so disappointed in FNB, I changed to gold cheque account ONLY because of your offer on the smart devices, ONLY to find out that I don't qualify for one, because I am undergoing debt review!!! I AM NOT BLACKLISTED nor am I a credit RISK!!! The smart device debit order go off directly from my FNB GOLD CHEQUE ACCOUNT to you, how is it possible that I will be a risk???

I am so disappointed in FNB, I get a good salary and the device suits my affordability every mouth, but because of a "personal problem" getting myself into debt review I am not allowed a smart device??? I CAN AFFORD R299.00 per month, I couldn't afford R5000.00 PER MONTH, that is the only reason for debt review!!!

Can someone help me??? If I have to speak with another consultant (all giving me different reasons and stories) I am going to go CRAZY!!!

I really did fall in like with FNB at the time, but now I just don't understand why my bank wont help me??
