Please correct your mistake, i need my ca

On the 10th of November 2010 I had an accident on my way to Jhb from Richards Bay. I lodged a claim with Dial Direct and I spoke to Jason who then advised that I qualify for a Vehicle Substitution Plan and my vehicle will be substituted at Market Value in due Course. We then agreed on the Vehicle Substitute and I even explained to him that I'll first have to determine whether I am prepared to pay the new instalment or not. The contrary applied as days later I was informed by him that a cheque has been sent to my bank to settle the debt on my car. I have a great discontent with this act as this went against our Telephonic Agreement and Dial Direct has unilaterally taken a decision on our agreement without my consent or prior approval. Jason apologised for the slip-up explaining that a Consultant sent the cheque to the bank. To date I am bearing the consequences of this blunder since the bank is no longer prepared to reverse the transaction and I have no car. I spoke to Jason's manager Elna on the 15th of December 2010 who then promised to send me a letter confirming Dial Direct's wayforward given the situation and more information on the terms and conditions of the Vehicle Substitution
