Incorrect bond

I have been an FNB customer and happily so for the majority of a year. Now when i go to get a bond the service received is shocking. the amount on the approval is incorrect, the rate is extortionate considering the bond to value ratio aswell as the fact that i have no current debt.

It doesnt seem like much attention was given to this if even the bond amount is not correct.

It seems my only choice is to move banks as double digit home loans are a bit ridiculous.
