Terrible product knowledge & communication

I went to apply for a second loan from Nedbank Hayfields. I was told that it was approved and would be paid into my account. I WAS NOT told that this money would go to pay off my other loan and I would only receive the balance. When I went into the bank to query this, the gentleman I had dealt with was not aware that this would happen either. How can you offer a service and not have adequately trained staff in the details. If I had known this would happen I would not have gone through with all the trouble and not to mention the time wasted. I have requested someone to phone me so that this can be sorted out but I have not yet received a phone call, email etc. I am so absolutely disappointed, annoyed and angry. Seriously considering moving my accounts.
