I happen to have requested an overdraft from Nedbank and was declined because of credit management disapproval. I then logged a complaint that was responded to in a very bad way.
I did mention to them that i got a overdraft of R25 000.00 around same time last year that I paid in in time. Now i'm applying for a R 5000.00 overdraft, which has been declined.
I requested to speak to the two consultants manager and the attitude that was displayed over the phone was never to give me an opportunity to speak to a manager. I kept on being told that someone will respond yet the very same person will respond.
After banking with Nedbank for 6 years, this is the way they are now treating me. I'm planning on buying a house next year and such responses mean they just wont assist me with any greater Home Loan thereof.
The attitude depicted by the bank just shows nothing but making money off us and nothing else.
