Very unproffessional, poor service eve

On 29th Aug i made a quote with Kathryn since i was considering a trade in she did send a quote which was R746 On the 4th Sept i had to fetch the car &she did assist with a letter confirming dat im insured. On the 16th Sept i sent an email to Kathryn askng my premium which was going to be deducted on the 1st Oct she never replied to that email on the 1st October @10:34 the date of the debit order she sent me an email stating dat they going to deduct R1603.on my account Thereafter a monthly premium of R 1125.17 will apply, of which she never explained, bcos if she did i was going to opt for a lesser premium of which i had declined since i was under the impression my premium was R746 i tried to call their office frm 09:00 she was in a meeting &was promised she wil call me at 11 called again was told she was busy &Kerusha tried to assist &she told me Kathryn need to assist me &she wil cal me in 30min time of which she never did at 12 i had to cal again the receptionist told me she stil in a meeting til 3pm asked why i was neva told n asked for a manager was told no 1 is available i ended up driving to the office only to find they were available Marie Lewis manager was unhelpful
