I smssed to get a comparison quote for the R400 thing as advertised on TV. Was contacted promptly and very friendly lady called Karma Schoeman assisted me, she did the quote and came out at a monthly premium of R1264.93. This in fact was a LOT more than first for woman whom I currently have cover with for a monthly premium of R759.95. So I then asked Karma about the R400 and she helpfully sent me the link and told me that I must go on to the website and upload my current policy details ect.
which I then did, I logged on, inserted the once off pin that was sent to me by Karma, put in my monthly premium, stated that I wanted the money sent to me, to which I was then asked to supply my banking details, all fair and well.
I then entered the bank, the acc no, what type of account it is and the account holders name, but as soon as I try to select the branch, it gives me a error saying. "this is embarrassing" and stating that something broke, and it kicks me out, and so it does every time I attempt to complete my branch name. (and I have now tried about 5 times)
Please can someone assist me.
