I called Outsurance for a no Obligation Quote for for motor vehicle insurance. Before i was quoted the agent asked for my bank details and i only gave them out when he stated it expressly that it is no obligation quote. despite all this last weekend Outsurance deducted a premium. I do not even have the car yet..What is upsetting is i was forced to give my details before i could get the quote. Even after cancelling the debit order and reversing it the still send me SMS saying i have an unpaid premium and that they will deduct from m account on the 16th of February. Be careful when dealing with Outsurance. they will your money
