Poor customer service

On the 11th April I received a call from Miway offering a lesser premium on my car insurance, I contacted alexander forbes to tell them about the lesser premium I had obtained wanting to give them a chance to beat them. After a few days of leaving msgs for Lindelwa and no feedback, I decided to accept Miways qoute. On the 24th I sent an email cancelling. & for two weeks I just kept trying because she did not even acknowledge my email, last week friday I eventually got hold of her & she told me she has revised the premium to a lesser amount but it was still more by R50 & she would revise it again, I told her I would wait for her call & she never called. I realized they had deducted the usually premium & went through to their offiices, the woman did not even apologise she said she thought I had agreed & she would give a cancellation letter. She came back withthe letter & told me I must go to my bank to reverse the transaction & that they are an insurance company are very busy to return calls. Despite spending money trying to call the pe office & went further to call their call centre & tried to complain.
