I AM A VERY UNHAPPY FOLLOWING A TELEPHONE CONVERSATION WITH KEVIN THE AGENT OF LOAN TRACER SA AND THE SUPERVISOR ON DUTY NATASHA WHO REFERRED TO MY COMPLAINT AS "THEY CANT SMELL", NOW I BELIEVE AS A BUSINESS SUCH ATTITUDE FROM AGENTS AND MANAGEMENT IS TOTALLY OBNOXIOUS AND IF THAT'S HOW THE BUSINESS IS RUN YOU ALWAYS GOING TO HAVE UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS. NOW I BELIEVE YOU WANT ME TO PAY FOR A SERVICE WHICH I AM NOT GETTING HOW OB-SURD.
