IGNORANCE TO AMEND POLICY REQUEST

I have send an email on the 26/11/2013 as my first request to amend my policy and give me a quote and to change the annual premium to monthly premium. On the 28th I send the email again. On Friday the 29th I phoned Nedgroup as there was still no response to any email. The call centre assured me they will work on my request the same day, because the debit order is going off on 02/12/2013. I did not get any quote or response on Friday so I phoned again on Monday, 02/12. Now the call centre tells me that they need to finalize with FNB what my outstanding Bond balance is... which I don't understand because my Bond-statement was attached to my email request. Needless to say... the debit order went through although I cleared my bank account to make sure it won't. The bank just put me in the red... and the annual payment went through, not even the monthly premium as I requested several times.
