I am not receiving service to fix a yearly premium paid in advance as well as the monthly premium deducted from my account. I requested this payment to be done monthly. But the yearly amount of R4185 must be paid back to my bond where it was deducted. I did not manage to get someone to assist with this when i called the call centre. They requested me to send a letter to [Email Removed] I send a letter to them on 7 October 2013 but did not receive any response yet.
