Ebucks reward level not going anywhere

Hello

I have been a customer on the eBucks program through my account with FNB for 2 years.

I have noticed that there has been a very very slow reward rate level increase?!

I require a full report regarding the rate of my reward points over the last two years. 2 years with ebucks and im half way to level 2??? I only received 500 reward level points this month, even a consultant said I got 950, so I want someone with knowledge about the program to contact me please!!

On another note I have sent over 6 mails with the first response from ebucks 7 days later. And the reply's are very short and do not answer my questions at all!!! they keep giving me false information!

Please contact me ASAP, I joined FNB for the rewards program.
