My total experience was amazing, I was greeted by name before I had even said hello. The process was clearly and simply explained to me. Jacques van Vuuren was a pleasure to deal with and the customer waiting area was stunning. The assessment to less than 20 min and I was out of there. Superb service, I do so hope they can keep it consistent.
