I used to be on level 5 with eBucks and enjoyed the many privileges it offered.
In July FNB changes it's reward system, adds a charge to Private clients card - but doesn't mention that the client will have to start earning levels all over again.
SO now when I check my Level in the hope of making some bookings I have been reduced to Level 2 - and I must now do all the things I did for the past several months BEFORE I can get back to level 5 again.
Really unfair - didn't expect FNB to do a Voyager on us.
