I received an SMS confirmation that I had been awarded 3598 ebucks and, to date, these points have not been allocated to my ebucks account. I phoned the ebucks call centre and explained this to a consultant who logged a query and said that the points would be allocated and that I would be contacted. I have NOT been contacted and I am very frustrated at the lack of service. Please sort this out. This is now the second time I am reverting to Hello Peter for a failure to allocate ebucks and on both occasions your consultants were given an opportunity to resolve the problem first and failed on both counts... Please allocate my ebucks
