Downgrade of reward level

Beginning of October 2013 Fnb contact me and offered me the Private client account, so I upgraded from my platinum. I currently was receiving level 5 reward on Ebucks. I received my statement few days back and fnb downgraded me to level1 on my ebucks. I contacted my premier banker Julianah who said she will call me back in this regard. I find it absolutely pathetic that fnb and ebucks can do this after 2 years of hard work trying to get my reward level up to level 5. Today I called the private banking and the lady said she will escalate this matter to a supervisor. Needless to say no one has contacted me back. How professional from a private bank! All I want is my reward level 5 back and I won't accept anything else. When I upgraded no one consulted me and said that my reward level will be downgraded. The service I'm getting at the moment is terrible as a private client. Please resolve this ASAP.
