10 000 Ebucks Outstanding

I have been told that when I open my FNB account first time and register for Ebucks I would receive 5000 Ebucks. I have not. I have tried to resolve this but no luck as they just didnt care and couldnt give me a answer so I left it.

Over a year later standing on Reward level 3 discount of 20% I upgrade to platinum account. I have received an email saying that if I deposit R500 I will recieve 5000 Ebucks. My salary has passed through my account already, all my debit orders are going off my new account and the result of upgrading...

NO EBUCKS RECEIVED ONCE, NOT THE FIRST TIME AND NOT THE SECOND TIME. I HAVE BEEN DEGRADED TO FIRST LEVEL REWARDS. I RECEIVE AN EMAIL ONCE EVERY WEEK WITH NO PROGRESS WHATSOEVER.

I want my Ebucks as promised from the start. I want my Rewards level back as upgrading an account should not mean degrading benefits or rewards.

And yet again I will wait most likely a long time to hear a response!!
