I applied for a personal loan at the Melville branch 23 August 2013. The loan application banking details was loaded incorrectly. It has now taken 3 weeks just to change the banking details from one bank account to another (both are with FNB).
This is ridiculous. The supervisor and Team leader promised to call me back. Numerous consultants would to me saying it will be sorted out in 8 hours. It's now 3 WEEKS LATER!!! Not the kind of service I would expect from such an innovative bank.
