Errors with FNB Rewards and no Feedback on it

There is an error on my FNB Rewards Programme.
I have enough points to be on level 5 and have been on level 5 for around 2 years now.

Suddenly I was moved down to level 4 (despite meeting the qualifying criteria for level 5).
On online banking it says the following - which indicates there's some kind of glitch:

You have 18525 reward level points
To move to the next reward level, you need to get 9981475 more reward level points

Obviously it's impossible to get 9981475 points.
Anyway - I sent a message to my premiere banker, who wasn't in, so some other lady phoned me, and just put me through to ebucks (i.e. no initiative in fixing explained problem.)

I then told the whole long story AGAIN to ebucks - who promised me they would sort it out and fix it... 12 Days later and i still have ZERO feedback. The problem STILL exists, i was INCORRECTLY allocated LESS ebucks on this months credit card statement and I also have yet to receive the 12 month breakdown of points that I also requested at the time of talking to ebucks.

Such poor form.
