Credit card payments not reflecting

I have an overdue, suspended ABSA credit card, that's been handed over to ABSA's lawyers.

However my debt is with ABSA so I believe ABSA should sort out this issue with their lawers.

ABSA's lawyers phoned me last week and told me they've not received any payments the last 3 months and they're going to blacklist me. I have made an arrangement with them and have paid this amount for the past 3 months - into my credit card account (as I always have), but they claim not to know anything about it. I was told I would receive an SMS from them with the e-mail address of the lady I should send proof-of-payment to, but I still have not received this.

I have payment history for 9 payments to the credit card. I need someone at ABSA to confirm that they (ABSA) have received this payments, and then inform their lawyers of all these payments, and them confirm with me which were missing, and what my current credit card balance is.

I don't know which others of my payments are missing, and would like ABSA to look at this please, as I (frankly) don't trust their lawyers to sort this out.
