FNB has done it again!!!

Honestly, i hate my bank, you can never count on them for anything .3 months ago i took out a funeral policy and i was told that as soon as the first debit order goes off i will get documentation, till today have not received it, i have phoned several times and the consultants have been telling me that they will email it and i should receive it in an hour -but obviously i still have not received the docs, i decide to phone again today, and i get a consultant by the name of Aleta who tells me that i do not have an existing funeral policy with them, i obviosly told her that that is nonesense as i have a debit order going off from my bank accout every month, finally i managed to log on to my online banking and gave her the debit order ref number FG1556861 then she was able to pick my the policy up and told me that the ID NUMBER THAT SHE HAS ON THAT POLICY IS NOT MINE even though the details are mine, the names are spellet incorrectly etc. this people are taking my money every month, what happens if i die right now as im typing this, am i covered? this is very serious to me maybe not to them because they never give a hoot about anyone. i need this sorted out immidiately or my money.
