Nedbank Incompetence resulting in loss of money

I have recently (3 months ago) had a bond approved with Nedbank. They offered me home owners insurance, which i declined, due to the fact that I've taken out homewoners insurance with my regular insurance company. My documents were submitted several times, but my documents were never captured on their system, resulting in me paying for double insurance now. I've been trying insistently for the last two months to sort this out, and the amount due to me has gone over R1200 now, which they say is just being written back to my bond account. This is unacceptable to me, because it was all done without any consultation with me, and obviously, no permission from me then. I'm still not given any answers on how I'm going to be compensated back. I keep on being shoved between the Homeloans department and the Insurance department, no one wanting to take responsibility. I want my money back, .
