Bad Service from Nedbank

Never received such bad service, as I have received from Ned bank. Two months ago I went to Nedbank for assistance with my bond. Until now not been done. Again I go to the bank to cancel a ceded insurance policy, and ceded a new one. This I did on the 27/10/2013. Then I get told it was not signed, then I sign a new one. Just to be told it is the wrong one. On the 7th the new form was given to the team leader. I phone the bond department and they say, they have not received anything yet. I asked the team leader Annette Swart please to follow up and escalate the process. I now waiting for them to phone me. I would like to know, who is going to pay for the debit order going off my account at the end of the month because I can't cancel my policy that is ceded to the bond. Need to pay two debit orders because Nedbank can't do there job.
