Bad service

I have been Standard Bank client all my live due to very bad service from the bank I decided to move to FNB and try them out. I opened the account 2 months back and I have send 4 emails with all of my debit orders. I have to phone and send emails every-time. Everyday someone new is working on my account and it is not being sorted out. I am going to close now again my new FNB account because there is no service. So I stay with Standard Bank because clearly there is no bank in SA that don't have service.
So FNB please remove your adverts on TV that FNB is stating that FNB is giving such good service it is big Lay.
