On 23 September I received a very rude letter informing me that since I had failed to submit proof of homeowners insurance despite numerous requests (I never received one request!), you were automatically giving me one at R265pm. I immediately responded with proof that I do already have insurance that was submitted with the bond papers. The bond attorney then submitted the same proof on the same day. Now I see you have deducted the insurance along with the bond from my account today.
1. The proof of insurance was submitted along with the bond papers
2. The proof of insurance was e-mailed to [Email Removed] by myself on 23 Sept 2013.
3. The proof of insurance was e-mailed by the bond attorney to [Email Removed] on the same day.
How can 3 different submissions be completely ignored?
I expect to be refunded this policy amount today and for the Nedbank Insurance Policy to be cancelled today.
Thank you.
