On 14/04/2013 I was involved in accident at night in centurion, after realizing that the property i crash into was an office building and trying to call my friends with no luck which they were not far from the accident scene.i decided to walk and get help from them, we all went back to the accident scene together with my friends. police fond me at the accident scene and took statements from and let me go afterwards. my insurance decline to pay based on the probabilities that i was under the influence or i may not have been the incident driver. miway have every on correspondence to come with one conclusive reason why they declining. they talk about my vehicle people heard it driving in a high speed another reason i may not have been the incident driver etc. peter can you assist me to get justice on this matter as am subjected on the unjust, how can my claimed be declined based on probabilities. Ref no: C 448860 and OMBUDSMAN ref no: M1233/13 E which i doubt his credibility because before he can finalize the matter he/she said that he agree with the miway. this matter is also in the hands of my lawyer.
