Delay in claim validation

My car was involved in an accident were a colleague was driving my car. He was bumped into from the back on a Monday 22/07/2013.And there was metro police present to take statements and evidence.
And it was not his fault because the robot was caution and he decided to stop.
The guy who bumped him was driving too fast for him to be able to stop and he automatically assumed that my colleague would drive through the cautioned robot.
The people that bumped into me have comprehensive cover, because the driver was driving a company car.
Miway requested I send them pictures of the accident which I did the same day of the accident.
And I received my AR number 2 days after the accident on the 4/07/2013 after which I sent to them.
Since then every time I call they say the claim is being validated and Miway keep telling me that Nombulelo Rammitloa will call me back.
But I have never spoken to her ever since the day of the accident when I was explaining to her what happened at the accident.
I have also been sending her emails but nothing.
The date now is 31/07/2013 and still no response on when I can take my car in to be fixed.
